Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DraftlyCV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use DraftlyCV.

You retain full ownership of the resumes, cover letters, and other content you create with DraftlyCV. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring the content you submit is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

DraftlyCV uses large language models to help rewrite and improve resume content. Output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every AI-generated draft before submitting it to an employer.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled case by case — contact aman.exee12@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

You agree not to use DraftlyCV to:

• Create fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.

We aim to keep DraftlyCV available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be removed as the product evolves.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time; deletion removes your resumes and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DraftlyCV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms as the Service changes. Material updates will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
