Privacy Policy

When you use DraftlyCV we collect:

• Account information — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile picture.
• Resume content — the text, uploads, and structured data you enter into the editor.
• Usage data — feature usage counts (AI rewrites, PDF downloads, cover letters) needed to enforce plan limits.
• Payment metadata — order IDs and subscription status returned by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers.

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn tools.
• Generate AI content on your behalf using the resume and job description you supply.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails about your account (we do not send marketing without consent).

DraftlyCV relies on the following processors:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication.
• Lovable AI Gateway — routes requests to large language models to generate resume and cover letter content.
• Razorpay — processes subscription payments.

Your resumes remain in your account until you delete them. If you delete your account, we remove your resumes, cover letters, and usage counters. Payment records may be retained where required for tax and accounting.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing aman.exee12@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

DraftlyCV uses cookies and local storage only for authentication and to remember your preferences. We do not sell advertising.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
