Which keywords actually count
Hard skills, tools, platforms, certifications, and the job title itself carry nearly all the weight.
Soft skills such as 'team player' or 'detail oriented' are almost never screened on and cost you line space.
Exact strings matter. 'Kubernetes' and 'K8s' are different tokens; write the full term once and the short form in brackets.

Delete terms you cannot defend in an interview. A high score followed by a failed screening call is worse than a low score.
