What Indian recruiters filter on first
Role title and total experience are usually the first two filters, before any skill matching happens. If your headline says 'Software Developer' and the posting says 'Backend Engineer', fix the headline.
Location and notice period get parsed from plain text more often than people expect. Put both in your contact line rather than burying them.
